Bite Me Burger Co.® began as an idea in December 2006. Frustrated David Michaels could not find a really good burger anywhere in Australia, he created his own burger restaurant chain! And while he was at it, he decided to make them the best burgers in the world.

He has taken a great deal of care in choosing the menu, the ingredients and hence our suppliers. We use mainly niche, high quality ingredients which makes us unique in the hamburger business.

We have redefined the hamburger market in Australia. We don't sell $5 burgers, or even $8 burgers. Our research has shown that normally the best burgers are the ones that people choose to make at home - using select ingredients: premium meat, fresh salad, gourmet cheeses and bakery-fresh bread; organic where possible.
