Bite Me Burger Co. began as an idea in December 2006. Collectively we spend a great deal of time overseas, and were frustrated that we could not find a really good burger anywhere in Australia. Solution? Create your own burger restaurant chain! And while you’re at it, let’s make them the best burgers in the world.

Now in 2007 we have opened two Sydney stores in Paddington and Bondi Beach. We have taken a great deal of care in choosing our menu, our ingredients, and hence our suppliers. We use mainly niche, high quality ingredients which makes us unique in the hamburger business.

We have redefined the hamburger market in Australia. We don't sell $5 burgers, or even $8 burgers. Our research has shown that normally the best burgers are the ones that people choose to make at home - using select ingredients: premium meat, fresh salad, gourmet cheeses and bakery-fresh bread; organic where possible.

We have created a menu using 'foodie' principles and employed professional cooks to deliver on the promise.
